Stimulates RABGEF1 mediated nucleotide exchange on RAB5A.,PTM:Proteolytic cleavage by caspases in apoptotic cells causes loss of endosome fusion activity.,similarity:Belongs to the rabaptin family.,subunit:Heterodimer with RABGEF1.
