Phospho-Cdc25B (S353) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Cdc25B protein only when phosphorylated at S353.The name of modified sites may be influenced by many factors, such as species (the modified site was not originally found in human samples) and the change of protein sequence (the previous protein sequence is incomplete, and the protein sequence may be prolonged with the development of protein sequencing technology). When naming, we will use the "numbers" in historical reference to keep the sites consistent with the reports. The antibody binds to the following modification sequence (lowercase letters are modification sites):RRsVT

背景:
cell division cycle 25B(CDC25B) Homo sapiens CDC25B is a member of the CDC25 family of phosphatases. CDC25B activates the cyclin dependent kinase CDC2 by removing two phosphate groups and it is required for entry into mitosis. CDC25B shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm due to nuclear localization and nuclear export signals. The protein is nuclear in the M and G1 phases of the cell cycle and moves to the cytoplasm during S and G2. CDC25B has oncogenic properties, although its role in tumor formation has not been determined. Multiple transcript variants for this gene exist. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

Catalytic activity:Protein tyrosine phosphate + H(2)O = protein tyrosine + phosphate.,enzyme regulation:Stimulated by B-type cyclins.,Function:Tyrosine protein phosphatase which functions as a dosage-dependent inducer of mitotic progression.
