This antibody detects endogenous Acetyl levels of 14-3-3 beta/alpha site of K51.This antibody also recognizes 14-3-3 gamma/theta/zeta/delta when acetylated at the corresponding sites.The name of modified sites may be influenced by many factors, such as species (the modified site was not originally found in human samples) and the change of protein sequence (the previous protein sequence is incomplete, and the protein sequence may be prolonged with the development of protein sequencing technology). When naming, we will use the "numbers" in historical reference to keep the sites consistent with the reports. This gene encodes a protein belonging to the 14-3-3 family of proteins , members of which mediate signal transduction by binding to phosphoserine-containing proteins. This highly conserved protein family is found in both plants and mammals. The encoded protein has been shown to interact with RAF1 and CDC25 phosphatases , suggesting that it may play a role in linking mitogenic signaling and the cell cycle machinery.
