Phospho-CD318 (Y707) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of CD318 protein only when phosphorylated at Y707.The name of modified sites may be influenced by many factors, such as species (the modified site was not originally found in human samples) and the change of protein sequence (the previous protein sequence is incomplete, and the protein sequence may be prolonged with the development of protein sequencing technology). This gene encodes a transmembrane protein which contains three extracellular CUB domains and acts as a substrate for Src family kinases. The protein plays a role in the tyrosine phosphorylation-dependent regulation of cellular events that are involved in tumor invasion and metastasis. May be a novel marker for leukemia diagnosis and for immature hematopoietic stem cell subsets.
